Healing is part of life, and I am excited to be part of your journey! The idea that only those with a mental illness can benefit from therapy is a myth. Changes, stress, and problems can be expected in our life, therapy can help prevent small problems from becoming serious, and I can help you! As a therapist, I utilize different approaches including motivational interviewing, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and other evidence-based therapies. There is no one-size-fits-all model, I adjust to your needs.

I am a registered clinical social work intern and I graduated with a master’s degree in Social Work in May 2016 from Florida International University (FIU). I also obtained my bachelor’s in psychology from FIU. I started my career as a child welfare case manager and have worked as a therapist and as a School Social Worker.

I am eager to meet you as you will be making an investment in your most important asset, yourself, and those you love. I am ready and willing to help!
